Fees and Scholarships Administrator [Australia]


 

The Student Administration and Library Services team at Swinburne University of Technology are looking for a Fees and Scholarships Administrator to join their team!

The Fees and Scholarships Administrator will support fees and scholarships activities to internal and external customers of the University. To succeed in this role, the successful applicants will need to be able to prioritise tasks and functions aligned to the team and all scheduled priorities to ensure the timeframes for resolutions are always met.

This role will require a high level of customer service experience, to service staff and student enquiries. The Fees and Scholarships Administrator will also be responsible for providing information and advice on general fee enquiries, assisting with managing VET Student Loan applications and enquiries, processing refund and sponsorship applications, and a range of other responsibilities.

About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

  • Demonstrated, relevant experience in the provision of high-quality support services within a demanding, client focussed environment
  • Good time management and organisational skills, with ability to prioritise workloads to ensure deadlines are met
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver coordinated and high-quality services to a range of stakeholders
  • Demonstrated high-level interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise effectively to people from diverse social and cultural backgrounds

Qualifications
  • Completion of a diploma level qualification with relevant work-related experience or a certificate level qualification with post-certificate relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
