Casual VET Teacher (Diploma of Business) [Australia]

The role of the Casual Teacher – SIRXECM003 Design an ecommerce site within the Diploma of Business is to share their experience and knowledge with students and encourage our students to successfully obtain their qualifications and succeed in their chosen profession. You will work within a passionate team of teachers to plan deliver, assess, evaluate and ensure compliance of high-quality education programs.

The course is delivered on the Hawthorn campus. The successful applicant will initially teach the one unit on Tuesdays starting 31 July for 16 weeks. First group from 8.30am – 11.30am and Second group from 12.30pm- 3.30pm.

About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

  • Vocational experience relevant to the nominated teaching programs specially experience building an e-commerce site
  • Demonstrated ability to implement high quality innovative teaching and learning programs in a variety of learning needs.
  • Demonstrated willingness to be a role model for teaching/assessing/building positive relationships with students



Qualifications
  • TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or its successor or
  • TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment plus the following units:
    • TAELLN411 (or its successor) or TAELLN401A, and
    • TAEASS502 (or its successor) or TAEASS502A or TAEASS502B
  • Relevant vocational qualification or degree in vocational areas applicable to Vocational Education programs
