- Manage a busy Neapolitan style pizza section in a busy Italian restaurant.
- With support from another pizza maker and a small team of chefs in the adjacent kitchen, you will maintain the highest quality hand stretched, woodfired pizza throughout the week.
- With a focus on delicious pizza with our in house dough recipe, and training of others to help grow the skills of the others around you.
Requirements:
- Must have over 4 years experience making pizza.
- Must be able to manage up to 200 pizzas in a busy service with a small team.
- Must have a focus on quality and attention to detail whilst producing high volume.
- Must have full working rights in Australia
- Must expect to work weekends and nights (open for dinners only)
