Pizza Maker (FT)


 
Responsibilities:

  • Manage a busy Neapolitan style pizza section in a busy Italian restaurant.
  • With support from another pizza maker and a small team of chefs in the adjacent kitchen, you will maintain the highest quality hand stretched, woodfired pizza throughout the week.
  • With a focus on delicious pizza with our in house dough recipe, and training of others to help grow the skills of the others around you.

Requirements:
  • Must have over 4 years experience making pizza.
  • Must be able to manage up to 200 pizzas in a busy service with a small team.
  • Must have a focus on quality and attention to detail whilst producing high volume.
  • Must have full working rights in Australia
  • Must expect to work weekends and nights (open for dinners only)
