Job Description

This is a remote position.

Job Brief


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to efficiently support the execution of client campaigns in accordance with instructions and procedures and to support business development activity in accordance with the agreed instructions and targets. Additionally provide support to the Partners helping them secure and keep new M&A or advisory clients as instructed by your line manager.



Responsibilities:


  • Assisting with the preparation of client pitch books;


  • Assisting with financial analysis of historical deal valuations;


  • Working to understand market trends and industry deals;


  • Finding campaign targets and inputting their details in salesforce;


  • Assisting with maintenance of campaigns and database management;


  • Drafting campaign reports;


  • Staying abreast of sector trends;


  • Working across a number of databases and client management systems;


  • Meeting daily KPI’s in accordance with your line manager’s directions;


  • Attending meetings and supporting advisors as required;


  • Assisting with ad hoc office duties as required;


  • To carry out any other reasonable requests, duties and tasks that maybe required from time to time.



Requirements:


  • 5-7 years' experience as an Analyst or related field.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field is a preferred


  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce.


  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.


  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
