At BASF we are entering an exciting time within our Agriculture business with an existing portfolio of world class products and a pipeline of new products that will bring significant benefits to the agriculture industry.
As our Broadacre Specialist, you’ll join the team to support the BASF Agriculture business in achieving its goals. You will collaborate closely with various functions to build a market strategy for current and new products, as well as sharing market insights to support business aims.
You’ll:
- Utilise your product knowledge & partner with marketing & sales, to create demand for BASF products within your portfolio, at end user level
- Engage, plan & deliver demonstration programs to showcase products
- Drive adoption of new innovations for the entire Broadacre portfolio
- Proactively engage & build strong relationships with key end user customers, advisors & consultants
- Proactively manage the sales budget
Ingredients for Success
To be successful in this role, you’ll have strong planning and time management skills. You’ll be a natural communicator and be able to build and influence relationships with strategic partners.
You’ll:
- Have knowledge / experience of the agriculture industry/seeds, and have the desire and ability to learn
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities whilst keeping various stakeholders up to date
- Be customer focused and able to work autonomously to reach goals and deadlines
- Be proactive and adaptable
