We are seeking a motivated and seasoned Store Manager to oversee all aspects of the Bowraville store. This delightful country town, home to over 1100 residents. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and managing a successful team, this is the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:
- Oversee and lead a team of retail staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to motivate and engage team members.
- Set clear expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance performance.
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the supermarket, including inventory management, merchandising, and pricing.
- Monitor and maintain store standards, cleanliness, and organization to create an inviting shopping environment.
- Implement effective loss prevention measures and promote workplace safety.
Customer Service:
- Uphold a customer-centric approach, ensuring exceptional service standards are met.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
Sales and Financial Management:
- Drive sales growth by analysing sales data, identifying trends, and implementing effective strategies.
- Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and profitability targets.
- Develop and execute promotional activities to increase store traffic and maximize revenue.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail leadership role.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of supermarket operations, merchandising, and inventory management.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Proficiency in using retail management software and computer systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make effective decisions.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required.
- You must be legally compliant to work in Australia.
