Rockbros is a fast growing business specialized in manufacturing cycling, sports, and outdoor gears. It's a gloabl business who is new recuiting new team member to help us expand in Australia market.
This is a part-time position with the opportunity to change to full-time. Working time is flexible but will start from about 6 hours daily during working days.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Online order packing and dispatching.
- Customer service - handle customer inquiries, help customers choose products.
- Stock checking on request.
- Once in a few months you will need to help receive delivery and stock the products.
- Experience with social media is a bonus, we are expanding with more social media presence and would like an extra hand to help
Qualifications & experience
- Passionate about sports and outdoor activities, especially cycling sports
- Some basic knowledge of the cycling gears
- Integrity, honest, reliable individual who is also a team player
- Well organized, with good attention to detail
- Experience in customer service.
Job Type: Casual
Salary: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
