As a Sunny Care home care worker, you will provide support and assistance to elderly people on home care packages Levels 1 to 4, providing the following services:
· Personal Care
· Medication Assistance
· Companionship and social activities
· Domestic tasks
· Meal preparation
· Shopping
· Transportation
About You:
- Experience providing home care services to older people and NDIS clients
- Good communication and team work skills
- Smart mobile phone with internet access
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Current Australian Federal Police check
- Current Australian Drivers License
- Reliable and clean registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Certificate III Aged Care/Home and Community Care/Individual Support
- Australian Residency Status or valid Australian Working Rights

Salary: $24.76 – $31.90 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Caboolture, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- National Police Certificate (Preferred)
- Full Driver Licence (Preferred)
- Certificate III in Individual Support/Community Support (Preferred)
