Grocery & Liquor Co is a locally owned Supermarket and has an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Full-time All Store Assistant to join our team and work between our Geelong Stores
Reporting to the Duty Manager, the All Store Assistant will be required to work across all areas of the business which will include (but not limited to) assisting with the receipt, presentation & rotation of stock, working behind the cash register and most importantly providing high quality customer service.
Our ideal candidate will hold a current Responsible Services of Alcohol Certificate and must be over the age of 18 and have the following capabilities, with on the job training to be provided as required:
· Excellent customer service skills
· Great attention to detail
· Excellent organisational & time management skills
· Be physically capable of undertaking substantial lifting and being on your feet for long periods of time
· Strong communication skills and the ability to confidently liaise with staff and customers
· Be a team player who is flexible and adaptable to change
· Positive attitude with lots of initiative
· Basic to intermediate computing skills
· Previous Retail &/or Supermarket experience will be deemed beneficial but not essential
· Be willing and able to work a rotating roster across 7 days a week.
