We are looking to hire an experience Reservations Agent with 1-2 years current Reservation/Front Office experience with a 4/5 star Hotel/Resort to join our fantastic team.
This very busy role will involve:
Processing reservations by email, telephone, fax
Assisting with phone enquiries and assisting guests update booking details
- Assisting checking in/out of rooms, cashiering answering phone calls orientating guests to their rooms and other facilities including tours, restaurants, and attractions during peak times.
- Maintaining up to date flight arrivals/departures and ferry timetables
- Other duties as directed, including training
- Experience with Room Mast and Site Minder would be an advantage
- RSA Certificate( or be willing to obtain)
You will be an enthusiastic team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills and pride yourself on providing an exceptional standard of service to guests.
Please note this position requires you to live on this beautiful island
Your 7 day roster will provide an average of up to 38 hours per week in accordance with operational demands.
