Our Opportunity
We are looking to build on our existing team with an experienced HSE Coordinator to work on key telecommunication projects. The successful applicant will be a leader who will assist us to maintain a high performing culture of HSE leadership, accountability and engagement across our business.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing health and safety specialist advice, technical and management support
  • Assisting with implementation of Fulton Hogan health and safety systems and strategies
  • Supporting managers and supervision in activities towards a positive health and safety culture
  • Assisting in implementing strategies to prevent and minimise workplace injuries
  • Establishing and implementation of procedures for safety/risk management and emergencies
  • Focusing on the operation and utilisation of the Salesforce system
  • Providing compliance monitoring in regards to competency and certification requirements
  • Managing database and document control components
  • Coordinating and manage audit programs
  • Assisting with investigations into workplace incidents
How you will connect to the role
  • Relevant Qualification in Occupational Health and Safety
  • Relevant experience in the construction and/ or telecommunications industry
  • Previous experience with ICAM (desirable)
  • Ability to function unsupervised, working to tight deadlines
  • Proficient use of the Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Word and Excel
  • Strong systems capability (such as Salesforce and Sharepoint)
  • Proven ability to engage, coach and foster relationships at all levels of an organisation
  • Current First Aid certificate
  • Affinity for continuous improvement and innovation, applying learnings to ‘real world’ project delivery environments
