As a Duty Manager, you will be reporting to the Venue Manager and will be expected to be hands on with all daily operations. You will participate in leading and managing an efficient and established team, assist managing the hotel’s budget, ensuring outstanding customer service is always provided.

Qualifications
- Current Qld Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
- Current Qld Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG) Certificate
- Current RMLV
Skills, Abilities and Experience
- Demonstrated practical experience in the delivery of quality customer service, demonstrated ability in managing a team in the areas of food, beverage and gaming.
- Demonstrated effective communication, negotiation, conflict resolution and relationship management skills with a proven ability to work effectively as part of a team and cooperate with customers, management and co-workers.
Availability and flexibility to work a variety of day, night and weekend shifts which may include public holidays on a rotating roster.
