The Opportunity:
We have a great opportunity for an experienced Change Manager to join our global team in Sydney to support the roll out of some of our major projects. We are going through an exciting period of change to ensure we are at the forefront of best practice in the legal industry and you will play a key role in engaging teams and driving adoption leading to the successful transistion of business change.

Our ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- 3+ years managing large scale transformation ideally with experience in HR Change initiatives within a professional services/legal environment
- Proven skills and knowledge of change management disciplines, approaches, tools and methodologies
- Able to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across all levels and influence outcomes at a mid-senior level within the organisation
- Ability to learn and understand current business processes and help to model new processes/procedures
- Qualified PROSCI professional will be highly regarded
