The Trustee Services Coordinator (TSC) is dedicated to the delivery of excellent service to clients and Trustee offices with respect to the administration services provided by Mercer, as outlined in the Administration Services Agreement.
TSC is the primary point of contact for both the client and all internal Mercer teams regarding operational issues. This involves engaging with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to influence successful outcomes and drive client deliverables in line with the Administration Operations model.
What you need to have:
- Superannuation experience
- Client focused with an ability to manage client expectations
- Ability to build strong working relationships and to influence outcomes
- Up-to-date knowledge of superannuation legislation
- Excellent knowledge of superannuation concepts, including benefit design and insurance arrangements.
