Allied Moving Services is excited to seek out applicants for a our Pre Sales team as a Pre Sales Consultant, working within our Dandenong office, Melbourne.

What’s involved?
This role is the point of contact for inbound customer enquiries regarding the Allied Moving Services product & services. Your primary responsibility is customer satisfaction of inbound calls and the telephone communication of web based quote request enquiries with the view to qualification of the call, the securing of a pre-move inspection with our In Home Sales Consultant, quotation and follow up to a point of closing the sale and handing over to Operations for execution. The opportunity does present itself to the Pre Sales Consultant to make the sale on job sizes below a certain size.
The role would suit someone who holds previous experience in providing customer service and phone based sales in a similar industry. Experience providing service to Corporate clients would be advantageous not essential.

Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate will be a proactive and diligent individual with excellent customer service skills and is thorough in their work delivery. Strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to appropriately respond to customer queries including providing information whilst also supporting the emotion that is attached with moving homes.
Fulfilling the above criteria may also lead to the opportunity for this role to become an ongoing permanent position with the organisation.
