Our client, located in the beautiful Yarra Valley, is seeking an exceptional individual to join their team as a part-time Personal Assistant/Office Administrator.   • Part-time position, working 30.4 hours per week, spread across 4 days from Tuesday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to the Director and General Manager.
  • Manage diaries, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for key stakeholders, including board members, contractors, and visiting artists.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence as required.
  • Organise and manage meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up on actions.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and collaborators.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Office Administrator.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
