This position works alongside the Manager, Timetable: Quality Improvement and Systems and is jointly responsible for producing and maintaining UOW teaching timetables for onshore campuses, as well as jointly oversee the optimal allocation of university teaching space to meet the requirements of all UOW teaching programs.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate advanced proficiency in utilising system software and databases to analyse complex operational challenges and devise logical, effective solutions with regards to teaching timetables.
In addition, they should have a proven ability to lead and motivate a small, high-performing team in a fast-paced and complex environment, as well as exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills necessary for building and maintaining strong stakeholder and client relationships.
