About Us

We are a young and vibrant property management company, specialising in room-rentals across the Sydney Metropolitan area.

The Role

We are looking for an energetic, personable, team player to contribute to the dynamic growth of our business as we strive to double in size over the next 12 months.

You will be responsible for your own portfolio across the Sydney CBD, Inner-West and Eastern suburb district to lease available rooms and maintain full vacancy.

This full time role offers a fixed base salary of $600 per week and uncapped commissions based on your performance each week.

Key Duties

  • Responding to all tenant enquiries via phone and email
  • Conduct in-person inspections and opens
  • Coordination and action of ingoing and outgoing inspections
  • Providing knowledgeable advice about rental market trends
  • Assist, check and approve tenancy applications and the execution of agreements with associated documentation

Skills & Experience

  • Sales Driven to meet weekly KPI's
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management skills including prioritisation
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high pressure situations
  • Exceptional relationship building, collaborative team work and communication skills with both external and internal stakeholders.
  • Exceptional customer service experience and capability
  • A strong willingness to learn and to give and receive feedback.
  • Driver's license and reliable car essential
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
