The Role:
- Provide a high-level confidential telephone and face-to-face reception service. This includes:
- Answering all client, staff and public enquiries.
- Providing clients with accurate and appropriate information.
- Perform administrative support duties that assist clinical staff in providing appropriate and timely client care.
- Perform computer based administrative support including data entry and Word processing.
- Update and maintain all paper-based client filing systems including an accurate central client and data record system (ie iPM and/or DMR).
- Maintain and monitor key register, petty cash, and stationery and equipment stores.

The Team:
An excellent opportunity awaits you to work in close collaboration with the ADS Pharmacotherapy Team, providing essential support to clinical staff, and taking on a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of clinical services to a dynamic group of clients.
Details of Appointment:
Permanent, full time and part time, day worker positions working up to 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible
- notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant
- Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time and part time vacancies.

Salary:
$62,257 - $66,917 per annum + 10.5% superannuation
- Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022
